Make sure you’re settled in and then take a big cleansing breath. In this episode, we’re taking on something huge, what could be described as a global spiritual crisis, which is taking form as growing collective trauma from intensifying anxiety due to an onslaught of global concerns.
My guest is Dr. Teresa Nowak, a Jungian and archetypal research psychologist specializing in imaginal processes that transport her client’s fears and anxieties into an inner world of soul. Dr. Tree’s psychological perspective is layered with ecopsychology, where the world’s soul is believed to be projected to us with its own perspective to behold.
There couldn’t be a better time for people to learn about Dr. Tree’s research, which was to witness and engage spontaneous images of global fear (like those in dreams). These images were seen as glimpses of intelligence emerging from the unknown psyche and acting as messengers of the soul, during a time of spiritual crisis.
