In this episode, we’re going to deepen into the idea of wellness during my conversation with Jane Shaw, a beautiful kind soul whose presence whether in person, video, or voice, feels like an invitation to become more aware of our inner world, to express our true Self, which Jane surmises is our purpose in life.
Jane holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and an M.A. in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. That’s how we met. She is a registered craniosacral therapist and SSP provider, and Jane is founder and director of the Elmfield Institute at the Shaw family's Elmfield Estate, a Centre for Sustainable Health.
