This episode fulfills a request by my clients who love this part of our sessions so much they want to be able to take me on the road so to speak.
The 15 minutes includes mindfulness, breath work, visualization and active imagination to welcome images from the unconscious.
You don't need an excuse to try it out, but if you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed, the meditation is designed to help you reset your nervous system. The active imagination component might help you become awarer of the deeper meaning or hidden agenda of your anxiety or other negative emotions.
After the experience, I suggest you move around and then journal or draw to find some deeper meaning. You can work this like a dream. Check out my YouTube video
